The Digital Presence Committee establishes, runs, and advertises the GO’s online and social media presence including WordPress, Facebook, and Twitter. Activity is spread throughout the year, with special focus during the CCCC and CWPA conferences and other special events.
Heather is a first year Ph.D. student at Miami University. Her research interests include digital rhetoric, multimodal composition, and WAC/WID practice and scholarship. She currently teaches FYC.
Sarah Lonelodge is a PhD student in Rhetoric and Professional Writing at Oklahoma State University. Her research interests include rhetoric in religion, multimodal composition, writing program administration, and feminist rhetoric. Sarah is a teaching assistant, the composition program’s webmaster, and the president of OSU’s Rhetoric Society of America (RSA) chapter.
Kelly Moreland is a PhD candidate in Rhetoric and Writing at Bowling Green State University, where she served as the Assistant Director of the General Studies Writing Program. She is currently writing her dissertation, which investigates first-year TAs’ rhetorical embodied performance in their first-year writing classrooms. In addition to chairing WPA-GO’s Digital Presence Committee, Kelly serves as an Assistant Editor for WPA: Writing Program Administration.
Bremen Vance is a PhD student in Rhetoric and Professional Communication at Iowa State University where he is the Assistant Director of ISUComm Foundation Courses. His research interests include multimodal writing pedagogy, writing program administration, and technical writing.
